Customers can also purchase gift cards through our website. They can ask Frumoro.eu to send the gift cards directly to the recipients designated by the buyer. Improving the shopping experience based on general information and sales statistics

When you view an article on frumoro.eu, you will also see other articles that we recommend (for example, under the heading "Continue looking" or "Others viewed too"). These recommendations are based on the article or category you're currently looking at. Based on statistics, we know that customers who bought that item were also interested in the other items. These recommendations are not personal: everyone who looks at that article sees the same recommendations. Or we'll show you what other users were looking for based on your search. This form of improving your shopping experience can also be seen in a physical store. For example, articles of the same type or that belong together are usually placed together.

Personalization based on your account information and search, browsing and purchase history at frumoro.eu

If we know who you are after you log in, we can make the store even more personal for you. Just like in your favourite physical store. The store clerk knows you and can make good recommendations based on your previous purchases and interests.

Just like that shop assistant, we also make recommendations and adapt the store to your preferences. We look at what you previously searched for or bought from us, what's on your wish list, and what interests you showed by viewing certain items or categories in our store.

We do this based on your surfing, searching, and purchasing behaviour. We do not look back more than three years. We collect your surfing and searching behaviour based on cookie techniques, your IP address and the unique number associated with the mobile device with which you surf.

Pre-set preferences

For products that are not available, you can indicate that you want to receive a message as soon as the item is available again. When the item is available again, we will send you a one-time e-mail. We will delete your registration after we have sent you the message, or after 2 years, whichever is earlier.

We use technology in our communication via e-mail that can tell us whether you read our messages, and which hyperlinks you click on in those messages. We do this for analysis purposes to check, for example, whether an e-mail is read or not. Only with your permission can we also use this information to make our communication to you more personal and therefore more relevant. You can always withdraw this consent.
